Boarding charges start from the day the pet checks-in till the day of check-out; i.e. both days inclusive

Boarding charges include food (dry food only) and daily dose of multi-vitamins to keep your beloved pooches in the pink of health. All boarding dogs are given their own playpen cubicle complete with bedding, toys & drinker. They’ll also be allocated playtime under close supervision to mingle with our in-house & other boarding dogs.

1. Food - We use only the premium Royal Canin kibbles

Requirements & Booking Procedure

• Dogs must be mirco-chipped and registered with AVA.
• All daycare & boarding pets (both cats & dogs) must be on topical flea control (e.g. Frontline Spot On, Frontline Plus, Revolution, etc) .
• Fill up the ‘Pet Temperament Assessment ’ & ‘Boarding/ Day Care Agreement' forms (Please click on the respective hyperlinks to download forms).
  Please read through our terms & conditions thoroughly before you endorse on the forms. 
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once boarding dates are confirmed.
  Balance payment must be made in full for the entire duration of stay upon your pet’s check-in.
• Monies paid are non-refundable.
• Check-in/out time: 11am to 7pm (Check-out between 11am to 12pm to avoid incurring boarding charges for day of check-out. Please note that if transportation is required, the earliest pick-up time is between 10 to 11am and the latest time of return is between 8 to 9pm.  A surcharge of S$30.00 per trip is applicable for check-in/pick-up and check-out/return before and after the stipulated timing.  No trip will be made before 8.30am or after 10.30pm).
